Abstract

Serous cystadenocarcinoma is one of the common tumors of epithelial origin in ovary. This case report describes a case of 58 year old female who was referred to us with abdominal pain and distension. Subsequent computed tomography and fine needle aspiration cytology revealed bilateral ovarian papillary cystadenocarcioma with omental metastasis. She underwent an laparotomy with complete surgical excision and chemotherapy. |
