Introduction: The aim of this case series is to demonstrate the challenge in diagnosing unilateral toxoplasmic neuroretinitis (NR). Case Report: In this paper, two cases of NR due to toxoplasmosis in children are presented. The first patient was 10 years old boy, who presented with the chief complaint of sudden blurred vision since four weeks, and was provisionally diagnosed as left optic neuritis and started on steroids. Subsequently he was diagnosed with toxoplasmic neuroretinitis. The second case was 12 year old female who presented with blurred vision and pain in left eye since last 3 weeks. She was diagnosed as toxoplasmic neuroretinitis and treated with anti-toxoplasmosis drugs and steroids. Conclusion: Toxoplasmosis may present as unilateral neuroretinits and may resemble other optic nerve inflammation at its initial presentation.
